We all traveled to Hawick, I'd had all sorts of ideas about how I was going to set it all up. But really the only way to do it was to try it all out. I was given an empty shop almost next door to the festival office. I'd had lots of ambitious ideas about back projecting, having my video projected up from a table. In the end the best option was the simplest and it was simply projected onto the wall.
I was provided with some lovely old theatre seats. The sound piece I'd made was all set up and I opened the doors for business!
